I find m...Mental Vacations are always a good thing. I find myself in theme often actually. I try to mentally rest at least once a week. Yoga is my BFF!!<br /><br />I am currently in the process of writing my Be Fearless post too AND meal plans! haha <br /><br />I realized that even though I have lost weight, I've been really lazy. I lost my gym membership tag on my car keys (my car keys were accidentally thrown away by the little guy I watch and nobody noticed). Or alt east thats what we are assuming because they have been missing for like 3 weeks now! So I need to get to the gym and ask for a new one! BLAH! I also just need to get to the gym and stop making excuses. I am a morning work out person but now that I nanny, I can't workout in the morning..so nights it is but by that time I am too worn out. I need to make myself go. Also, I am getting back on my strict diet.
