Christmas Card Time

She does live! 

Yes I am still alive and around. Just lately things have been happening and sadly this little space of mine has had to take the back seat. I am still planning on writing some but for the most part, the rest of 2014 will be focused on my family and enjoying the last 10 days of year. I am planning on coming back in 2015 with lots of post, so please hang in there.

Well what other way to pop in than share our family Christmas cards now that they've been mailed. They were made by the lovely Tiffany Kuehl Designs. Tiffany really went above and beyond what I had asked her to do. She personalized my cards for me and her printing company is amazing! We ordered my cards on a Wednesday and they were at my door by Friday. If you need anything done such as blog designs, invites and or business cards, go check her out!

What My Life Has Consisted of Part 3

Finally Christmas in January... 
I wish but that doesn't mean I can't tell you how I spent my Christmas 2012 right? 

Let me just say I had to wake Eli up - truthfully I guess I never truly went to sleep. 

I woke everyone up around 6am because I was so excited. I wasn't excited to get presents but more excited to watch everyone else open presents. 

If you have been reading since December you will know the baby sister came out for E's 5th birthday & to spend the holiday's with me for the first time in years! I was so excited!!

If so, you saw that I kind of went over board with the presents but it was well worth every second of it!

Santa was very good this year.. apparently everyone in our house behaved ! 

First we let everyone open their stockings.. 

Eli had so many things in his it took us almost an hour just on the stocking. 

Meanwhile Alex's best friend was at our house because he couldn't take the time off work to fly to his home town in Iowa so he had presents & stockings too but he wasn't nearly as excited as I was to be awake that early 

At 7am we woke up Grandpa Mike to open all the rest of the presents. It took us about 2 hours to open all the presents and fight our way through the wrapping paper. 

 Find out he got the Bowflex weights he's been wanting for Months - I was sneaky though and had them shipped to a friends so he had to go pick them up 

Eli got so many presents he didn't know where to start. Tyler & Alex were loving playing with all the new toys. He got a bunch of new clothes and lots of learning games. {we need to start playing them} The best is yet to come though, he had two more BIG presents hiding out in the trailer. 

He got two quads. One electric and this gas one! 

Talk about spoiled much? 

How could I ever forget about the BEST present ever.. 

some call me crazy because yes it was my first year married.. I did get my Hunters & if you have been reading along, I had some problems with them but it has been resolved and I now own gray Hunters but the best present is my new vacuum

 Let me just say I am in LOVE! 

True signs of a Mom - I have woody on the arm rest! 

We spent the day cleaning up, playing with toys and hanging out. 

That night we headed to my aunts as we do every year for prime rib dinner and some good drinking.. 

This year instead of buying everyone gifts we did a gift exchange. The little one scored a 6 pack of beer & I scored a $15 gift card to Starbucks! 

I only got a few pictures from that night.. as we were more into family time than picture taking 

but Woody did make an appearance.. He went a little crazy if I do say so myself.. 

& That my friends is how we did Christmas 2012 

I am already ready for Christmas 2013.

I know it will be a good one at that!

Welcome to our home at Christmas Time

Happy Monday!!

The ONLY reason I am so excited for it being Monday is that my baby sister will be here in 48 hours!!! 

Also, come Wednesday I am on work "vacation" until after the New Years - but if you know, I work at home. I work as long and as many days as needed so that being said, I have a feeling I will be working as much as I wish I could take a vacation because there is NO ONE else doing my work. It just means that it will be put on hold until I come to it. 

Now that my rant is over about my work.. onto the good stuff!

I know I am a few weeks late, but better late than never, right?

That was our house! I am thinking of Christmas decoration shopping on the 26th to get the good deals on things for next year. Eli loves that the house is all decorated and he is ready for Christmas! - First we are headed to Disneyland Thursday for his 5th Birthday. {be on the look out for pictures about that}

20 days until Christmas 

Dear Santa,

Dear Santa,

I have been a really good girl this year.. Honestly, I have!!! Now comes that time of year that I sit down to write a few things that I want on my Christmas list and pray and hope that you wrap them up and shove them under our beautiful 7ft Christmas tree & eat all the cookies but leave the carrots!! I know you've been watching me all year but I have been good!! 

First thing I want is a new vacuum  Is this because now that I am a wifey I want to do all housely things such as clean and organize? Not just any old vacuum, I would LOVE the dyson Animal one since after all I have 5 dogs & 5 cats. 

Second - I want the new cannon T4I camera..I already have a rebel but hardly use it. I was thinking of selling it than putting that money towards a new camera but until I get my new camera I am going to hold on to the one I have. You just never know when you might need a good camera. & I want to start capturing moments of Eli & maybe some new babies in the next few years. 

Third - I saw these adorable UGG boots that just scream my name. I mean they have bows on them & all but I can't seem to find them anywhere besides the one with the two but I want three bows. 

so yes I would love all three and probably some other gifts, but here's my thing. I already went out and got myself the new iphone 5 (welcome team iphone) and I bought myself $600 worth of new clothes because the deals were just too good to pass up so I really just want Eli to have the BEST Christmas ever and my little sister who is coming out to stay for 8 days to enjoy her Christmas like she used too in Cali. I can't wait to watch them both open up presents, oh and the hubby got some cool things too I know he will just LOVE!! 

But, 

We are heading to Disneyland for Eli's 5th birthday {5 days before Christmas} and depending we might have another surprise for him and sister!!
