Today marks your 6th Birthday.. 

I can't believe a whole year has past.

This year has been nothing short of some amazing accomplishments.

You graduated preschool top of your class

Now you are a BIG kindergarten learning another language.  

Never to forget you are still a bullet from the gun. 

You are growing so fast and becoming your own person with an amazing personality. 

Today is a day all for you. 

We are going to celebrate and have some fun

We got lots of toys and cars and planes to play with

Can't forget we will go visit Santa  

For your 6th year of Life

I hope to watch you grow and achieve many things in school. You are learning so much Spanish and making lots of new friends. Never stop loving school and learning many new things 

I can't wait to watch you play teeball again, loved watching soccer and Dad is trying to get you into basketball. 

You love riding your quad at the desert and running around. 

I love your hugs and every morning you saying I love you. 

Here is to the next year of achievement. 

I promise to start including you a bit more on here.

How We Celebrate

Did you read yesterday that my little man officially graduated pre-school?

I feel old!

 Saturday we planned our yearly BBQ & turned it into a grad party/Birthday party for the little sister! 

Before the party though, I officially joined the colored hair group. I added some red to the natural brown hair that has NEVER been touched besides cut once every 6 months.

Last week consisted of lots of working and family coming to town on Thursday Morning.

I have a kindergarten! It is so crazy to think how fast time flies when your having fun & how fast they grow up!! This is just the beginning of many more graduations to come. 

After graduation it was off to family dinner & we happen to buy a trampoline!

Please decide if you would like to come to Cali for the entire month of June. It is 100% up to you. I would LOVE to have you here the entire time to enjoy some family time with you. You know there will be sangria & food involved for all times!! Maybe even a trip to Old Town again!

Why do Monday's come so fast?

& It's the FIRST Monday of March!! 

Any one else feel like this year is just flying by again?

Maybe it's just me but the time is just going... 

This coming weekend our clocks go ahead an hour which means time will go even fast...eeekkkkk 

I better step my game up because that cruise will be here before I know it! 

My weekend was great! It was everything I wanted to do besides I did skip out on the mall which saved my bank account! 

Friday Night:

*It was opening night for Tee-ball for us {Anyone else excited for baseball season to be here?? I know I am!}

*Drive-thur food {I couldn't help but have been dying for some good mexican food}

*& a cold beer on a Friday night [two high fives for whoever knows what song that is? & you already saw the picture if you follow on the insta]

Over all it was very relaxing & exactly what we wanted...

Saturday:

*Woke up early to get my workout on {I was feeling like I needed to make up for Friday night} 

I did my #30dayshred, Tredclimber & Alex & I both did my ripped in 30 dvd! Let me just say, I was DEAD! 

*Off to our very first Teeball game!! 

{until June my weekends will consist of teeball & lots of teeball} 

*After teeball it was time for a nap

*Off to Aunt P's house for family dinner & some relaxation.

I am so ready for this weekend!! It has been one of the longest weeks in a LONG time. I am ready for sleeping in & being lazy!! Come on 6pm HURRY UP!!!

I am ready for this heart rate thing so I can get back into working out & being motivated!! I love you. 

Dear Self,

please stop being so hard on yourself. There are ONLY 24 hours in a day, STOP trying to pull 35 out! You need sleep to accomplish everything that you want to do including losing weight. Stick to your plans & follow through & I promise you will achieve everything you've set out! 

Dear February,

Please be a good month. We have BIG plans with you including 2 weddings and some fun - not to mention being an adult & paying down some debt. 

Dear Eli, 

Please have fun & enjoy teeball next week! I LOVE baseball & it would make me so happy to have you playing baseball & watching your games! & pLEASE stop crying.. geeze your 5.. there is NO need to cry because you think you will get your way.. YOU NEVER DO!!!

What My Life Has Consisted of Part 3

Finally Christmas in January... 
I wish but that doesn't mean I can't tell you how I spent my Christmas 2012 right? 

Let me just say I had to wake Eli up - truthfully I guess I never truly went to sleep. 

I woke everyone up around 6am because I was so excited. I wasn't excited to get presents but more excited to watch everyone else open presents. 

If you have been reading since December you will know the baby sister came out for E's 5th birthday & to spend the holiday's with me for the first time in years! I was so excited!!

If so, you saw that I kind of went over board with the presents but it was well worth every second of it!

Santa was very good this year.. apparently everyone in our house behaved ! 

First we let everyone open their stockings.. 

Eli had so many things in his it took us almost an hour just on the stocking. 

Meanwhile Alex's best friend was at our house because he couldn't take the time off work to fly to his home town in Iowa so he had presents & stockings too but he wasn't nearly as excited as I was to be awake that early 

At 7am we woke up Grandpa Mike to open all the rest of the presents. It took us about 2 hours to open all the presents and fight our way through the wrapping paper. 

 Find out he got the Bowflex weights he's been wanting for Months - I was sneaky though and had them shipped to a friends so he had to go pick them up 

Eli got so many presents he didn't know where to start. Tyler & Alex were loving playing with all the new toys. He got a bunch of new clothes and lots of learning games. {we need to start playing them} The best is yet to come though, he had two more BIG presents hiding out in the trailer. 

He got two quads. One electric and this gas one! 

Talk about spoiled much? 

How could I ever forget about the BEST present ever.. 

some call me crazy because yes it was my first year married.. I did get my Hunters & if you have been reading along, I had some problems with them but it has been resolved and I now own gray Hunters but the best present is my new vacuum

I got the dyson Animal 41 

 Let me just say I am in LOVE! 

True signs of a Mom - I have woody on the arm rest! 

We spent the day cleaning up, playing with toys and hanging out. 

That night we headed to my aunts as we do every year for prime rib dinner and some good drinking.. 

This year instead of buying everyone gifts we did a gift exchange. The little one scored a 6 pack of beer & I scored a $15 gift card to Starbucks! 

I only got a few pictures from that night.. as we were more into family time than picture taking 

but Woody did make an appearance.. He went a little crazy if I do say so myself.. 

& That my friends is how we did Christmas 2012 

I am already ready for Christmas 2013.

I know it will be a good one at that!
