Goal Chasing

It's that time of year! You know that time where EVERYONE we know is making goals and resolutions to hopefully keep throughout 2015. Well, you can count me in with that group. I wanted to share my goals to try to help me remind myself of them this year since I am horrible at them.

-Get in the best shape of my life: I know this is so cliche. I think I have said it every year for the last 5 or so but this time I have a new determination and some motivation from the hubster & trainer. I am picking out a goal weight or anything like that, I just want to find a place that I am happy with myself.

-Pay off all credit cards: Hubster and I sat down last week and we wrote down all our debt. We decided together that this year will be the year we pay it all off even if that means no vacation to the Caribbean .

-Wear my closet: This will come I think with goal #1. The better I feel about myself the more I am likely to wear my entire closet. Also, this means no shopping and in turn will help goal #2. I see how this is going now.

-Build a stronger marriage: I think the hubster and I are strong together, but like any relationship there is always room for growth.

-More Family time: I think E man is in a very crucial time in his life where not much longer he won't want to hang around Alex and Me. I want to enjoy these moments still while they last. Also, I want to reward him more for his good behave doing something he wants to do. Basically, it comes down to I want to improve my ability to be his mommy. There is always room for growth as children do not come with books on how to raise them or I would of read it!

-Read more: I want to read more books and not just the romance novels I love but more books to help reach these other goals.

-Grow individual: I think this will come when I reach those other goals but I want to find a balance in my life. I want to organize my life.

- One last goal, take a simple vacation with Alex. I think this will help build our marriage, grow as a couple, grow as individuals and support each other. It doesn't have to be anywhere fancy but just a weekend away, just the two of us. No phones or anything.

What are your goals for 2015?
